Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times:

• Europe: 3 to 10 business days
• International: 3 to 10 business days

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing the purchase.

Some products are shipped from outside the EU — delivery time may take 10 to 10 business days, and VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery.

Once shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number to follow their order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
