TWYA is a Portuguese brand, with roots in Portugal. The pieces are developed and produced with suppliers who share our values of quality and responsibility. We do not mass produce — each collection is launched in limited series.

What is the quality of TWYA materials?

TWYA t-shirts are made from 100% cotton, above market average. The hoodies use a premium blend. The result is a garment with a different feel that maintains its shape after repeated washes.

Do TWYA products have a unisex fit?

Yes. The entire TWYA catalog is designed with a comfortable unisex fit — intended to fit all body types well, without gender limitations. Sizes range from S to 3XL on most pieces.

How does the size guide work?

Each product page includes a size chart in centimeters with measurements for length, shoulder, chest, and sleeve. We recommend measuring your favorite t-shirt and comparing it with our chart for the best result.

What is the difference between message t-shirts and essential t-shirts?

Message t-shirts (Empathy, Presence, Core Identity, Le Collier, Gentle Power) are statement pieces — with graphics and texts with philosophical meaning for €29.90. Essential t-shirts are wardrobe basics for €15.90–€24.90, designed to combine with everything.

Orders and shipping

Where does TWYA ship?

TWYA ships throughout Europe and to the United States. Shipping is free on orders over €90. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on location.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery takes between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Exchanges and returns

What is TWYA's return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item. Items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and with original tags. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@twyapt.com.

How can I exchange an item for a different size?

Contact us by email at support@twyapt.com with your order number and the desired size. We will process the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability.
